Shipping Methods
At TadkaLab, we offer several shipping methods to ensure you receive your order in a way that’s convenient for you. The available shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the products you purchase. During the checkout process, you will be provided with a list of available shipping options for your order.
Processing Time & Operating Hours
Our shop operates daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards. Processing times depend on the type of items you order:
- Standard Pre-Packed Items: Processed immediately upon payment confirmation during our regular business hours.
- Custom Grinding (Whole Wheat & Special Orders): Because we grind your special orders fresh on our traditional stone chakkis to ensure maximum purity, these orders require additional preparation time and are processed within 12 to 24 hours.
Note: Orders placed after 8:00 PM or outside of our operating hours will begin processing the following morning at 9:00 AM.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the items in your cart and the time of day your order is placed.
- 90-Minute Delivery: We endeavor to deliver pre-packed items within 90 minutes for orders placed between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM in our designated delivery regions. Orders placed after 7:30 PM will be delivered the next morning.
- Custom Orders: Freshly ground items will be delivered within 24 hours (or the next business day) of placing your order.
- Outside Designated Regions: For orders outside our immediate 90-minute zone (such as NCR), delivery is typically completed within 1-2 business days, subject to operational feasibility.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the destination, and the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be displayed to you during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that some products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or regulatory requirements. We comply with all applicable shipping regulations and will not ship products where it is prohibited by law.
Order Tracking & Notifications
At TadkaLab, we provide real-time delivery updates directly to your phone. Once your order is placed, you will receive an instant order confirmation via WhatsApp.
- 90-Minute Local Delivery: You will receive a WhatsApp message as soon as your order is freshly packed and out for delivery, so you know exactly when to expect it at your door.
- Standard Courier Delivery (Outside Local Area): Once your package is dispatched, we will send a live tracking link directly to your WhatsApp and email. You can use this link to monitor the exact status of your shipment.
Note: To ensure you receive these automated updates seamlessly, please ensure the mobile number you provide during checkout is active on WhatsApp.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
